All sales are final. Exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase with direct approval from Customer Services . Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. A trackable shipping service is recommended;
• Refunds: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund to the original payment method;
• Item Condition: Must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
